Q.  How is my order being shipped?
A.  Your order will either be shipped via FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, USPS, FedEx Freight, Daylight LTL Freight, or Aloha Freight.

 

Q. When is my order shipped?
A. All orders are packaged and shipped either the same or next business day.

 

Q. How long until my order arrives?
A. After the order has been picked up by the shipper, transit time is 2-4 business days.

Q.  Is my order shipped in a generic box?
A.  No, your order will arrive in a custom printed box 99% of the time. For some accessory items, generic boxes/packaging will be used.


Q.  Are fins and a leash included with each surfboard purchase?
A.  Yes, with every surfboard or paddle board order, a leash and fin set will always be included.

 

Q. How many locations does South Bay Board Co. have.
A. We have 5 physical warehouse/office locations. Our HQ is in Garden Grove, CA and our other 4 locations on the east coast are in Connecticut, North Carolina, Florida, and Utah. We have our very own shipping hubs to ensure the best and quickest shipping times to everyone in the USA.

 

Q.  Can I order/pick-up in person at your store/warehouse? 
A.  Absolutely, yes you can. We are open for local pick-up at both of our warehouse locations Mon-Fri 10:00am – 4:00pm. Please, please call or email in advance if you want to come to the warehouse. We are very busy and do not have a ton of time during the week, so we want to be sure to schedule with you when you want to come by so we can be sure to allow as much time as possible to help you get your perfect board. If this doesn’t fit your window, please call and we can schedule an appointment for after hours if needed. 

 

Q.  Does South Bay Board Co. Ship internationally?
A.  At the moment, South Bay Board Co. has online sales channels in the USA, Canada, Mexico, UAE, and Brazil (with more countries on the way). If you live in any of those countries, we can ship to you whatever we have available in those locations. For other one-off international orders, we are here and more than happy to help. We kindly as that you please contact us via email at info@southbayboardco.com for your custom quote.

 

Q.  Can I pay on a payment Plan?
A.  Yes, with our payment partner Klarna, if eligible, you can split up the payments on your order.

 

Q.  What board maintenance tips do you have?
A.  Wash the board with fresh water after use, store in a cool and dry area, keep board on a wall surf rack to keep unnecessary wait off the tail or nose, get a board bag/sock to keep the board safe and clean while not in use.

 

Q. Who makes better beginner soft top surfboards, hybrid surfboards, or even inflatable paddle boards and body boards better than South Bay Board Co.?
